The BLT Breakfast Sandwich was raved about in previous reviews and it seemed like a cool mom-n-pop restaurant to try. We walked approximately 10 minutes from the nearest subway station and into the harbor area. It is literally inside the harbor area, with the smell of nail polish in the air. After bypassing the boats and such, we came across the little restaurant. The decor was cute, very simple and cozy in feel, like having lunch at your crazy aunt's house in Brooklyn or something. But anyway, moving onto the service. We ordered at the window and found a seat inside on the family table bench. We waited...and waited...we saw other customers who came AFTER us, receive their food, including two white cops (I will get into the reason why I am naming races in a moment). I guess cops usually get VIP service, but it was seriously getting ridiculous. We ordered 2 sandwiches, the BLT breakfast sandwich and the fried egg sandwich. It should NOT take more than 30 minutes to make, especially if

I went to this restaurant a week ago and i received great quality service and the food tasted great. The music and fell of the place of the restaurant feels like i have been to Jamaica even if i didn't go there. When our waiter came to our table she had a big smile on her face and liked to describe the food and tell stuff about it. It took less than 20 minutes. The food tasted amazing and it came with a lot so i had to get a take out bin. I know i'm going to come to this restaurant again

Great Food and Service - We did arrive late in the evening and some menu favorites were not available. Can't wait to go back and try those out. Definately worth the drive from Carrollton. I can see where the Romantic comments come into play, but this is definately a spot to try with kids. Plenty of food and very tasty. My husband had the Oxtail and I had the Vegetable Roti. The kids had Curry Chicken.Great music too! A MUST for those with Good Taste for food from the Islands. If you have never had food from Jamaica or any other Island you must give it a try.

This Jamaican Restaurant is apparently the real deal. They have many traditional Jamaican dishes. James from Yelp.com states "Yeah, they actually serve cow foot." Obviously, this is a very unique restaurant. The give you enough for a decent price. Sophia from yelp.com states "The portion sizes were huge, so my curry chicken lasted me for about 3 meals." Overall, if you want delicious and great priced Jamaican style food, then head on down to Jamaica Jamaica Authentic Caribbean Restaurant.

I have to say, this is one of the BEST Jamaican restaurants I've ever been to. In my entire life, I went to all sorts of different types or restaurants including, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese (I love sushi), Mexican, all sorts of restaurants. This one is at LEAST going to my top 5 favorite restaurants list. When I first arrived here, there was someone to greet me immediately. The waitress was very kind and got my drinks immediately. The food arrived very fast and it was AMAZING! I enjoyed it so much and gave the waitress a 25% tip. I paid my bill and left. I will definitely come here again.

This is one of the best businesses ever. I come here all the time. It's so close to my house. I buy a whole lot of thigs from here. I love the people here. It's so good. The Peoples here are so nice too. I love how they smile all the time and ask you what you need help with. I know that's what all store do But I just love how they do it. Without this business I don't think my life would run the same ever again. I just love to go there and see their wonderful service.

I first visited this restaurant a few weeks back. As soon as I walked through the door I was surprised at how warm the atmosphere was. The main course was beautiful, I did think the portion sizes were a little off but I didn’t mind. The staff was kind and helpful, probably have one of best staffs out of any restaurant I have ever been to. The desert I ordered was delicious, really sweet just how I like it. Overall a really good food outlet and I will definitely be visiting again soon, and will keep recommending it to all my friends.
