To be quite honest, this Krystal is not all that great. Which surprised me, as most of the other Krystals I have visited were all worthy of four or five stars. We shall examine the good and bad of this Krystal to help you understand why I rate it as such. Bad: Service is not great, store is not very clean, order takes quite a while (thirty minutes to an hour when I was there), and the food is subpar. Good: Cheap price.
Overall, the dirty store, lack of good service, lengthy prepare time, and subpar food relegate this to a mere 1 star.
